He holds a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Human Movement Health Science, with a professional focus on health promotion, behavioral change, and stress reduction.

David’s approach is deeply personal. A survivor of suicide loss after losing his father at the age of nine, he has firsthand experience with the emotional weight of grief, anxiety, and chronic stress. His own journey through these challenges led him to discover the transformative power of movement, fitness, and lifestyle change. This lived experience fuels his commitment to helping others not only improve their physical health but also build resilience and emotional well-being.
